Step into Grounding Stone Farm
Grounding Stone Farm is owned and operated by Kathleen Jacobs and David Miller who purchased it in 2016 to keep Peter Russell’s organic blueberry Farm and legacy alive. Peter’s blueberry fields were planted in 1986 and the acreage and crop diversity has been growing ever since.
Today the Farm consists of a variety of organic blueberries. The farm began to transition to organic production in 2000 and achieved Certified Organic USDA status in 2003 and remains Certified to this day.
We continue to grow and provide healthy certified organic blueberries to our community. We are open from early July through mid to late August each year. Visitors to the farm can “Pick Your Own” or, if in a hurry, order online for pick-up, or purchase daily “already picked” blueberries at our Farm stand.
